Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed generally within 2-3 business days between Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time generally 3-7 business days for state of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra only. For other state at present delivery on case to case basis based on specific confirmation of company.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We strive to process and dispatch your products at the earliest.
Subject to availability, we provide instant local delivery service to certain areas. The local delivery service is usually done within the 12 hours on week days from the time of order confirmation. Currently, Bangalore city covered under local delivery area. We reserve the right to change the local coverage area without any notice to the user and users are advised to check the policy for an updates.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) from shipping company. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
If you have entered wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.
SUNAP ECOPOWER is not liable for any products damaged post receipt post acknowledgement and not written on delivery documents. If You received Your Order damaged on receipt, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We shall not be considered in breach of guarantee or terms of service and shall not be liable to the customer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligation by reason beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, an act of god or public enemy, the action of the court, or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott, or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

Buyer indemnifies SunAP firm against any and all claims of product defect or any other claim. Buyer also indemnifies Sunap against direct or indirect claim or loss or damage or injury to any person or person(s) caused due to negligence not as per manual of manufacturer or incorrect installation or unsafe installation or untrained installer. It may be noted there are electrical products and only certified trained electricians to handle or install as per manufacturee manual.
